The hotel is quiet and great, making it my first choice in Dortmund. the staff at the reception desk are polite and exceptional. the location is particularly good for my needs, being pretty close to the airport, around 15 km away.

Its hot cuisine!
Immaculately clean place & amazing friendly and efficient staff on the reception desk. Very impressed with comfort queen room for a firm bed.

It is a nice hotel for a fair price.
The room I slept in was noisy. It was raining and the roof makes a terrible sound which makes it impossible to sleep.

The accommodation was perfect with polite staff members at the reception desk. the location was perfect in a fairly nice area adjacent to the BVB stadium and Christmas market/main shopping area. It was also just a 15-minute drive from a friendly museum.

Location is really great.
First of all - no conditioner in the rooms. That was really terrible as we couldn't sleep a single night. The bedding is terribly hot and the pillows are terribly flat. Double it by the hot and stuffy air (we could not get any drought air even after having opened all windows). There are some smoking rooms in the hotel and when you open the window the smoke comes in. No fitnessroom. Very bad. The swimming pool is just tiny and HOT. Really HOT. Like a very big bath. No sports at all.

We met fantastic friendly and efficient employees.
We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was peaceful and perfectly clean, with excellent location easy to reach from the main station using the light rail system. The rooms were new-fashioned and functional, had smoke detectors for safety. Location: the property was really close to city centre.

The hotel has an unbeatable location close to the Dortmund Christmas Market. the rooms are spacious and appealing, equipped with central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. there is a wonderful pool on-site for guests to enjoy.

Parking is a big problem. Fee for the dogs is 12€ per dog/night. Rooms on the 2nd floor is for smokers, smells a lot.
